The EIA/ECCB-954 Standard was developed to build on the framework of the ISO 9001-2000 Quality Management System (QMS) to form a comprehensive, systematic and transparent management process for the elimination of hazardous substances. The standard which is commonly referred to as "954" or HSPM, allows an organization to demonstrate that it is meeting the requirements of RoHS and WEEE.
