IBEC – IQNet Business Excellence Class is an IQNet worldwide frame including the most important excellence models used in the world (e.g. EFQM, MBNQA). IQNet is providing the excellence model assessment services as a natural step on the quality path after the achievement of the ISO 9001/14001 certification.
IQNet 9004 is a company evaluation model aiming for measurable improvement management. The new international standard ISO 9001:2000 has opened up the path towards business excellence. This aims at the stepwise improvement through intensified process management and integration of other elements resulting in increased business success. The methodology is based on a rating assessment provided by IQNet partners to all IQNet clients on request. This service is delivered in combination with ISO 9001:2000 audits. An attestation will be issued based on the required level of performance. Alternatively, a self-assessment is possible.

Qweb certification (e-business) is an IQNet certification service dedicated to B2B and B2C. Qweb evaluates such elements as the content of the website, privacy regulations, software functionality, IT security and usability. Companies and consumers will benefit from reliable, trustworthy and high quality e-business services. The Qweb mark will be placed on the certified web pages. A pop-up validation window will appear whenever a customer of the certified web site clicks on the Qweb logo.
