Embassy of the United States in Poland receives PCBC and IQNet certificates.On 22 January 2004, the ceremony of granting the certificate took place in Embassy of United States in Warsaw. The Embassy received the certificate of Quality Management System, which fulfills the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 standard. The Ambassador to the United States, Mr Christopher R. Hill received the certificate from Mr Wojciech Henrykowski, President of the Polish Centre for Testing and Certification (PCBC).
The activities of the Management Section of the Embassy were certified.
The Ambassador announced his intention to extend the scope of certification until all activities of the Embassy are certified. In his speech President W. Henrykowski emphasized that this is the first certificate granted to a diplomatic mission in Poland.
